Fitness - Kettlebells



A kettlebell is a simple piece of kit that underpins a low-impact high-intensity full-body training regime that offers all round strength, endurance, explosive power and elite levels of cardiovascular fitness.

It is a direct, straight-to-the-point, old school workout that is blended with the latest modern Russian sports science. From old school champion strongmen and wrestling's elite to today's modern combat athletes, Hollywood's movie stars, Premier League soccer teams, NFL and rugby national squads, all have found the Kettlebell methodology to be an extremely efficient and effective training tool for improving performance, strength, endurance and all around fitness.
